By using the GARI website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the services provided by GARI.

By accessing or using GARI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts. Users under 18 may use GARI services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf and holds full responsibility for their actions.

GARI is a digital platform offering ride-booking and ride-related services through mobile applications, websites, and other digital channels. It acts as a facilitator between users and drivers and does not directly provide transportation services.

To access certain features of GARI, users must create an account by providing accurate personal details, including:

• Name and contact information
• Contact number
• Location information

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and agree to accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under their account.

Users agree to pay all applicable fees for the rides and services availed through GARI as displayed during the booking process. Payment methods include:

Users may cancel rides within the permitted time as defined on the GARI platform. Cancellation fees may apply based on the specific cancellation policies applicable at the time of booking.

Users must use GARI for lawful purposes only and must not misuse the platform in any way that may harm drivers, other users, or the company's reputation.

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user's account.

While GARI verifies driver profiles, the company is not responsible for individual driver behavior, driving quality, punctuality, or safety breaches.

All personal data collected through GARI is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using GARI, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information for:

GARI reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of GARI services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

All intellectual property rights related to the GARI platform, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, logos, service content, and processes, shall remain the sole property of GARI and its parent company Get Your Homes.

Either the user or GARI may terminate this agreement by providing a written 30-day notice. However, GARI reserves the right to immediately terminate user access without notice if:

• The user breaches these Terms
• Public or regulatory authorities deem the services inappropriate
• The user is declared insolvent

Complete Data Removal – All your data, ride history, preferences, and saved information will be permanently erased.

• Includes All Records – Earnings history, trip records, and communication logs will also be deleted.
• Loss of Access – Once deleted, you will no longer have access to any GARI services linked to your profile
• Permanent Action – The deletion process is irreversible and cannot be undone.
• Applies to All Users – The same rules apply to both riders and drivers.
• No Recovery Option – Deleted accounts cannot be restored; you must create a new profile to return.
• Review Before Deleting – We advise careful consideration before initiating deletion to avoid losing important data.

The company makes no assurance that the platform will always meet user expectations, remain uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Users are solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws while using the service.
