Drivers and vehicle owners can visit these centers with the required documents to complete their registration. Post-registration, detailed document verification and other onboarding formalities will be carried out as per the company’s process. The Care Centers (franchise-like business points) are a unique opportunity where interested partners can earn without any investment. This is possible under Business Model 1.0, officially announced as Policy No. GARIPM2025004, dated 01-07-2025. The earnings of the centers will come directly from the company through a structured payout model – meaning the centers can generate revenue without making any upfront financial investment. To establish a Care Center, specific rules, regulations, and eligibility criteria must be met. Anyone can apply, but final selection is solely at the company’s discretion. All supporting documents are mandatory for registration and approval. Please note that terms and conditions apply, and policies may be updated in the future as per new business models. Company officials and area-based supervisors will provide full support to all Care Centers throughout the onboarding and operational process. Detailed Discussion
The applicant must have a small or medium office or shop space, strictly follow all company guidelines and terms, and successfully pass the company’s verification process. The shop must be registered with a valid Trade License, GST, or Udyam certificate, along with official ownership or a valid rent agreement. The premises must have CCTV installed for security, maintain hygiene at all times, and provide parking space for at least 4-5 bikes in front of the shop. The center must have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps (via JioFiber or other WiFi providers). The system used must have Windows 10 or 11 installed, with at least 8 GB RAM and a minimum Quad-Core processor. A fully functional printer in good working condition is required. The person in charge of the center must have excellent communication skills. The computer operator must be educated, possess basic computer knowledge, and must have a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM to ensure hassle-free, smart registration. The operator can be from any religion, caste, or gender without restriction. Additionally, the center owner may need to print and display a banner for their shop at their own cost as per company branding guidelines.
Care Centers must assist drivers and vehicle owners in center-based registration, collect and verify all mandatory documents, ensure complete onboarding as per GARI’s guidelines, maintain proper records for future verification, and provide on-ground support to drivers and users. Centers must also provide all kinds of future support from the company, including handling and delivering parcels, documents, or materials to the respective customer. It is mandatory to always follow company rules, regulations, and policies, maintain regular presence in company meetings (online or offline), and promptly inform the company about any situation that may be beneficial or harmful to the organization.
